Based on the Short Stories of Etgar Keret, $9.99 is a stop motion animated feature directed by Tatia Rosenthal. It tells the story of unemployed 28 year old Dave Peck who buys a book on the meaning of life. In his struggle to share his find with the world, Dave's surreal path crosses with those of his unusual neighbors.It looks great, I just hope it gets released here in the UK. link
